How much is shipping?

Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout.

 

When will my order ship?

Each item is custom printed when you order it. The product runs through a production process (which can take anywhere from 1-3 days) before it’s shipped. Depending on where in the world you are, you shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 days after that. Please note that this is just an estimate as there are other factors that can slow down the process (holidays, etc).

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive a notification email once your oder is placed, then a follow up email with tracking information once it’s shipped.

 

What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let  us know by contacting us at info@boombox-kids.com

 

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of  these apply, please contact us at info@boombox-kids.com with photos of wrong/damaged  items, and we’ll sort that out for you. 

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. 

  

Do the tees true to size?

Yes. However, you might want to check the size charts on the products pages to be sure they fit comfortably on your mini.

 

I have an issue with my order, what do I do?

If there is an issue with your order, please send an email to info@boombox-kids.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number, the issue, and include an image of item in question.
